If your landlord wishes to avoid the birth of another part 4-lease, he can terminate during the lease of the original part 4, the notice period being displayed at the end or at the end of the lease. If you do not wish to do so, you must terminate it in writing at least 21 days before the end of the period. The landlord or tenant cannot prematurely terminate a temporary rental agreement. However, there are a few options if landlords or tenants want to do so. There is no fixed maximum term of a guaranteed short-term lease. If an extension is agreed, the proposed standard lease is another 5-year lease, but in exceptional cases, a 2-year temporary lease may be offered. If the following circumstances are correct, the Council may decide not to offer you a new lease, in which case you are expected to evacuate the property: you must give your landlord the following notice at the end of a rental agreement.

A periodic lease does not set a fixed term. The term of the lease can be weekly or monthly, depending on how often the rent is due. Periodic rental agreements may or may not be in writing.
